Your discerning puss will demand purrrrfect services Your puss is no ordinary cat. That’s why all our Very Important Pusses are treated like the kings, queens, princes and princesses they are. Some services and items are standard fare. However, those VIPs needing specialised attention can choose from extra services.

Make your VIP’s stay even more luxurious with an optional heating pad or a heat lamp for the cooler months. Just ask for this to be included in your quote.
Because every puss is different, you can choose from a variety of extra services. These services do incur additional charges so please ask for them specifically when you call for a quote.
- Sit n Cuddles
While pats and cuddles do come standard daily, if your VIP wants some dedicated one-on-one quality time, schedule a Sit n Cuddle. That’ll get your puss purring! - Medications
Whether your puss needs temporary medication or a continuing regime, they will receive it when they stay at Cooinda. Insulin & more complicated medication programs can also be catered for. Please supply a brief medical history and also more medication than required, just in case your puss needs to have an extended stay. - Kitty Kab
Our air-conditioned Kitty Kab runs 4 days a week into the City, Bayside, Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs. Pick up and delivery time is between 7am and 9am.
Local Kitty Kab services operate 5 days per week (no service on Wednesdays or Sundays) and time can be confirmed when you call and book.
To re-confirm your feline friend’s return journey, please call us when you arrive home (and before 5am on the morning you want your VIP home). This confirms that you will be there. We will not return your kitty until we know there is someone there to meet us. - Interstate and International Transport
Moving interstate or overseas? We can provide advice on the details of moving interstate or overseas. Let your VIP relax at Cooinda while you organise their new home. When you’re settled, we’ll arrange transportation for them. - Vet Services
Your puss will have access to a vet who is on-call 24 hours, 7 days. There is also a fully-equipped Animal Emergency Center only 10 minutes drive from the Resort. Should your puss need veterinary attention, we’ll make every effort to contact you. However, your VIP’s health will be the primary concern.

Can you offer a special VIP a new home?
Some of our VIPs have older owners who may entrust their friend’s care to Cooinda while they themselves are unwell. If they are no longer able to care for their puss, we will help them find a suitable new home.

Any VIPs too elderly to re-home get to live out their lives at the resort where they’re greatly loved.
