Tabby Towers – for our indoor guests   Feline introverts who’d like to luxuriate in the sun as well as scamper after butterflies love our Tabby Towers. They are spacious enough for VIPs with special needs and families who like their own space as much as they enjoy each other’s company. Special features of our Tabby Towers include: Large windows with lounging shelves Perfect for VIPs with special needs or families that like their own space Access to outdoor exercise yards Walk-in sized rooms Superior view of outdoor activities Individual heating for the cooler parts of the year While these VIPs might prefer the great indoors, they can select a room with access to a choice of exercise yards adjoining their room: Lakeside View Secure tunnels lead to towers that overlook the ducks and water birds on our purpose-built lake and jungle grass gardens. Garden Courtyard View High towers give VIPs a bird’s eye view of the courtyard where there is much activity to oversee and critique. Sunny haven Ideal for VIPs that love to lie in the sun.  The concrete floors keep the area warm and are great for a therapeutic roll and stretch.  The roof keeps puss dry and there are hammocks and climbing poles for relaxing on. Vital considerations when selecting VIP accommodation

Not all Boarding Catteries offer the level of service your VIP deserves – and expects.  The closest, and sometimes easiest, facilities are not always the best.  

Here are five must-have criteria for any boarding facility you consider:

• Accommodation size
  Despite their seemingly compact size, your VIP still likes the space to stretch without touching opposite walls.  Any puss confined in a small space for an extended time will become anxious and stressed and this may cause serious health issues.
• Access to natural light
  Most felines adore warmth, revel in natural sunlight and actively seek out those warming rays.  When choosing a cattery look around and see how much natural sunlight comes into the accomodations.
• Exercise areas and interesting activities
  Despite loving to sleep, your VIP will also appreciate being able to go outside.  Imagine spending your holiday restricted to a single room with no entertainment.  You would probably complain and so will your feline friend.  They will want to stretch their legs and scratch against a post or climb to a safe rooftop to puruse the countryside or perhaps simply flop in a sun-filled hammock.  Choose a facility that caters to your puss’s exercise needs.
•  Daily cleaning
  Your VIP needs a clean and hygienic environment.  When choosing a cattery it is important to understand that your cats room should be cleaned to the highest of standards everyday, that litter trays are cleaned and replaced and that all equipment used with your feline friend is cleaned to the highest of standards.
• Access to veterinary care if requried
  What happens if your friend becomes ill?  Will the carers notice?  What if they can’t contact you?   Will they take action to help your puss?  These are crucial questions you will need answered.  You will want to know that your VIP’s health is the primary concern of their carers, that the carers understand feline health issues in a boarding environment and that the facility has a vet on-call 24 hours, 7 days.
