How far in advance do I have to book?
At Cooinda Cat Resort we have many different apartments and as such the only times that we book out is Christmas / New Year and Easter Holidays. We do get very busy at School Holidays so during these times we do recommend you book as soon as you know your own holiday schedule. For Christmas / New Year you need to book before mid October to be assured a place and for Easter bookings are essential by the first week of March. You can call after these times however you maybe placed on a wait list if we are fully booked. At both Christmas and Easter we do require a booking deposit and also there are minimum stay periods – please call us for more information.

Do you have a minimum stay and how can we pay?
The only minimum stay requirements are for Christmas/New Year and Easter holidays. The Christmas/New Year minimum stay is 10 days and Easter is 7 days. You can pick up your cat before the time is up however you are required to pay for the minimum stay. We also require a non refundable $50 booking deposit for these periods which is deducted from the balance of your account. At these times you also have to pay for the stay you have booked so should you pick up early you will still be required to pay through to the check out date booked – so please book carefully.
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard as well as EFTPOS. For new customers and extended stays we do ask that you leave an imprint of you credit card – we can discuss this more with you when you check in.

We would love to show you around – we actually encourage it as not all catteries are the same and we hear too many stories from our customers who were surprised when they checked other facilities and pleasantly surprised when they found Cooinda Cat Resort. We take inspections every day after 10am and until 5pm with the exception of Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please do call to check as we do close the boarding area to public inspection when we are busy – during Christmas/New Year, Easter and other busy periods including long weekends and school holidays – to reduce the stress to our visitors.
